The only call recording option currently available for S4B online that i know of is Landis Technologies Call Recording Pro

Presume the question is specific to "server/service side" and SfBO/Cloud PBX? Today on SfB Server you can call record with product like Verba. On SfBO you can do client side recording with produts like landis call recorder. I presume the actual question is SfBO "server/service side" I don't have any specific info on that I'm afriad
