Music not ringing when calling into a call queue.

Is there an option for the call queue to ring until answer rather then ring once then start playing hold music? I suppose it is because I am trying to use this as a hunt group not a call queue.

So maybe i should ask if traditional hunt group are avalible?

I supose I could upload ringing as hold music as a work around.

I don't see other option than uploading ring tone as a hold music. But caller might disconnect the call hearing the long rings before an agent attends that call.
