Caller ID with AA/Queue Distribution Groups

Good afternoon.  We are very excited and happy to be testing the AA/Queue Preview.  So far we have been very satisifed with the ease of use and setup.

 

I do have a question regarding Caller-ID.  Is there an ability to show the Queue name as opposed to the actual Service Number on the call queue?  The reason for this is we have multiple companies, but some of our agents will be in multiple distribution groups.  In this instance it woudl be nice to be able to see that there is a call in queue for Company X so that you can tailor your answering of that call to the right audience.

 

Is this currently possible?
