Call queue not going to all users

I have an Auto attendant setup when 1 is pressed by the called to route to a call queue.  This call queue is set to go to a group of 2 users.  One of the users is getting the calls but not the other.  The second user is using Skype for Business on a Mac so I don't know if that's an issue.

 

Also when we try to call the call queue number directly instead of going through the auto attendant no one receives the calls and after a few seconds the call hangs up on the customer.

Currently it's only supported in the Windows apps (Lync 2013 & Skype 2016) and IP Phones that are supported for Cloud PBX. Mac & Phone apps are not supported with the current preview.

Currently there is no support for Mac and Mobile users. We are aware of these scenarios and will be addressed soon.
