Call Queue Additional Features

Hi All,


I have recently started playing around with call queues in our environment and I am interested in additional call routing options beyond just ring everyone in the queue. I have found a few blogs that suggest that I join the preview program (example) but the link on this page is not valid. I went to the home page ( but cannot find an appropriate option to join the preview program on that page. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi Shawn, Thank you for the interest. We concluded the preview program for call queues as its released to public. A new program will be launched soon for the additional feature sets. stay tuned.
