Skype for Business status issue

Hi team,

 

I stumble upon following issue with multiple users. Status when using SfB will not change unless you change it manually. Users do not have SfB on mobile devices not installed on other workstations.  

If users closes SfB all together he/she still appears to be available for the rest of the organization.

 

I have trouble to find any helpful material on the web. Please advice if you have a chance.
