Hello
We have installed Skype Room System . the surface its installed on is connected to Logitech Surface Smart Dock. however we do not have the option to dial phones using the system even though the signed in account has access to PSTN calling features. The dial Pad option is not available.
Any Ideas?

When you say "the signed in account has access to PSTN calling features" are you saying it is enabled for Enterprise Voice?

Rob, PSTN calling is enabled for the conference room account ( in office 365 - Users enabled for dial-in conferencing).

Dialin Conferencing isn't enough, it will let you enter a regular number once you are in a booked meeting or meet now, but you will need cloudpbx and a dialplan to make regular calls using the dialpad.

Can this be integrated using Office 365?

Yes if you are in a region where Microsoft provide call plans, US, UK, France and Spain.

I think you are confusing PSTN Conferencing with PSTN Calling.
Assigning a PSTN Conferencing add-in license to the account that is registered on the Skype Room System will allow for PSTN users to dial-in a scheduled or ad-hoc meeting in addition to giving the room system the ability to invite participants to a meeting via PSTN dial-out.
To get the actual Dial Pad to appear on the main screen to place simple peer calls to the PSTN you need to have a PSTN Calling plan, which may not be available in your region yet.
