Skype for Business Online Extension Dialing Mobile App

Hi,

 

We have a SfB 2019 Hybrid with SfBO and On-prem PSTN with Audiocodes mediant 1000b with IIS ARR 3.0 as RP.

 

When we move a user to the cloud, he is suddenly not able to dial out with extension from the mobile app. When he tries he instantly gets "The call couldn't be completed. Please try again later." He is able to do the same from a PC though...

When I move him back to on-premises, he is again able to dial extensions from both phone and PC.

Am I missing something? I cannot find any other information on this topic... It looks like it should be possible I just don't know what I am missing here.
