Skype Room System - Skype not opening after update

My skype room system (logitech) updated windows today.  Afterwards, i get the message below upon reboot (logging in as skype).  I can't get past it to get to a desktop or anything.  I can get into the administrator account, i get the same message, but the windows store still won't repair SfB (not even sure i should be).  any advice?

Rather than troubleshooting this, I'd do a system restore to the day before and try running the update again. You are using Smart Docks?

I wasn't able to do a restore point, as it wasn't turned on (must not be for SRS, so eveyone take a look).  I was able to roll back an update from within windows updates, and that got me far enough that it was able to reinstall the skype room system software from the microsoft store.  It then did the same windows update and this time all is good.   At least i now have restore points turned on.
