I am not sure if it was a problem before or not but certainly post the recent adjustments to call queues - which meant that allocating a service number to a PSTN number was no longer mandatory - which is a great feature, simultaneous ring does not work when the inbound call is routed to the agent via a call queue. This nixes quite a few potentially very useful uses to which call queues can be put now that they do not need to be tied to a PSTN and can therefore be provisioned more freely. To be clear the agent has a PSTN calling package so it is not down to a lack of the relevant license for calling out to the PSTN It would be good to know whether this is intentional or not. If it is intentional, and I can see occasions when it would be useful, then it really ought to be made configurable.
