Wondering ifother folks are having an unusual number of SfB failures as we have had recently? SfB Service Health advisory posted an PSTN failure last week, but we've had an strong uptick in various problems, especially server disconnects, in recent weeks.
Also, response in the support portal has been unusually slow and/or unresponsive, with many "We're unable to update your request right now. Please try again later" messages.
Anyone have insight into any of this?
