SfB - OneNote integration

When you take notes for a Skype meeting, I've noticed that the meeting tracking in OneNote is somewhat flaky.  Sometimes it records when someone joins the meetings, other times it does not.  I've seen this across multiple organizations and multiple users.  Has anyone experienced this, and have you been able to figure out why, or if there's a fix for it?

I am not sure I knew this was a thing that could be done. I use S4B meetings all the time and then use OneNote like crazy. Maybe I missed information about this process. Can you walk me through how you are using OneNote for the meeting and then how it stored?

I can certainly test out what happens for me once I know where to go. Is this PC, Mac, or both? I am on a Windows 7 PC.
