SRS changing language and keyboard not working

We have approx 20 Logitech SRS's deployed. In June several of them changed language from our native Norwegian language to English. 

Today when we where looking into them, we discovered that the onscreen-keyboard disappears when we log in as an administrator. It works ok in the SRS-app, all the way until we actually have typed in the admin-password to start as an administrator. Even the icon in the bottom right corner has disappeared. It's just an emty place where it should have been.

 

The OS -build is 10.0.16299.547 and the app-version is 4.0.8.0.

Another question - what is Provisioning Version? We have SRS with Provisioning Version 5 and 6. What is the difference here?
