PSTN number not showing for some users

We are rolling out PSTN cloud and some users see their assigned phone number but some dont ?  See attached one that does (with the number obscured.  Any Ideas anyone ?

This is a "new" feature in the SfB Client. It looks like that some of your computers doesn't have the same installed version of office.
