Microsoft has confirmed that if you have Skype for Business Server (on-prem) that users cannot add Office 365 Group to their contact lists, as they won't be able to expand them.
Does anyone have any workarounds?
They say this should be fixed if we migrated the users to Skype for Business Online but we rely on Persistent Chat too much.

We have just discovered this problem as well. Does anyone have any info, including an official link to MS documentation on this? Hoping to avoid creating a Premier case if it's a known issue.
