I am planning a Cloud PBX + PSTN calling pilot for a small office and would like to find out which Cloud PBX features are purely user based and need no cofiguration for a subscribed user. From the feature pool available in MS pages I assume there are features that need admin effort for config and other features that user can just use as soon as his account/number is assigned from admin
