For Skype for business 2015 hybrid voice, do we have to deploy on-premise CQD for monitoring?
what type of reports will be available in CQD online?

the reports that are available in CQD Online are documented here:

If you still have users hosted on-prem on SfB you have two options:
-If you have users hosted on SfB Server 2015 you need on-prem CQD.
-If you have users hosted on SfB Server 2019 you can also use the online CQD:
