AA Voice Dial has stopped working

We have voice dialling enabled on an AA line that we have set up for the soul purpose of making it very easy for our users to call/transfer to anyone else in our Org - it's the killer feature of SfB for us.

 

Unfortunately I came into work this morning to find that it's stopped working (and everyone's too scared to pick up the phone now in case they have to transfer the call). Anyway, waiting for MS to call back but just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue? Worried in case there's some kinda Teams nonsense is messing things up in the background.

 

I dial the AA and ask for "James Maddison", the auto response says "...I think you said 'James Maddison', is that correct...?". I say "...Yes...", then after a brief pause I'm told, "...Sorry, I couldn't find anyone with this name...".
