488 GatewayCall is not in connected state.

Brass Contributor

Hi,

I'm looking for any hint to determine why the SKB server sends the error message "

SIP/2.0 488 GatewayCall is not in connected state." to the CUCM

The call is put automatically on hold and then disconnected.

Regards.

Hi Carlo.

Has REFER and RTCP support been disabled on both SfB and CUCM trunks??

I have seen this behavior previously when REFER was initiated during a call transfer (or call hold).

Hope this helps you.

Hi Kennet,

Is there any documentation (cisco or microsfot) were I can refer for have these options disabled?

I'll check this options on  both side and let you know.

Regards.

Hi Carlos.

The OIP states just the same point, but also includes a configuration guide.

For Lync / Skype4B it looks correct. For the Cisco gateway, I have no idea.

Hope this helps you.
