SOF Successful Engagement Release March 27th

We are excited to announce the release of SOF: Successful Engagement.

 

The SOF: Successful Engagement release focuses on the following:

  • Sharing stories of overall customer success.
  • A new look and feel for the SOF site
  • Launching a new workshop to help customers and partners plan for success as a first step in their journey
  • Adding guidance on how to leverage our new Cloud PBX voice features (Cloud PBX Auto Attendant, Cloud PBX Call Queues), Online Tenant Dial Plans, new Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) reports and Number Porting Guidance

  • Sharing best practices on how to use Skype Meeting Broadcast
  • Simplifying a number of key design assets based on customer/partner feedback.

The SOF site now has a fresh new look and feel to make it easier for customers and partners to start their journey to success. Planning for Customer Success Workshop

We created the Planning for Customer Success Workshop to help our customers and partners surface critical considerations early in the planning stages. This workshop accelerates and sustains customer success to showcase business value rather than focusing on technology implementation.stories wheel.pngVoice Updates

New CQD Videos and Updated Manage a Quality and Reliable Service Deployment Playbook 

 

We built on the success of our recent CQD Videos by adding two new CQD Videos to the series. These two new videos introduce Location Enhanced reports and go into a deep dive on how to use the Location Enhanced reports.

 

We are also updating the popular Manage a Quality and Reliable Service Deployment Playbook to incorporate lessons learned from working on media quality over WiFI networks, as well as adding experience gained in the field from using this key asset.

 

The new videos and updated playbook will be released on April 4th, 2017.

 

Skype Meeting Broadcast

This release adds practical guidance to help customers succeed when planning and delivering Skype Meeting Broadcasts.
