Call Queues and Auto Attendant training December update

The Call Queues and Auto Attendant training has been updated to reflect the latest changes in the service.

 

Recently we made a couple of new features available for Call Queues and Auto Attendant via either General Availability or Preview. The Call Queues and Auto Attendant trainings have been consolidated into a single training and reflect the updated features and functionality.

 

If you are already familiar with Call Queues and Auto Attendant and have already consumed previous versions of the training, we recommend reading the following blog articles to get the latest updates:
