Hi
I blocked a Workbook and its Worksheets, I put them password. In my pc the workbook and the worksheets are blocked. i have sent by mail the same archive and this is blocked in almost all de pc´s of my coworkers, but there is one with Office 2007 and in his pc the archive Is not blocked. He can make changes in all the workbook.
My version of office is 2013.
