Unable to configure Hybrid OneDrive with SP 2016

In my customer's tenant, when we opened the Hybrid Picker, the option to conigure OneDrive was selected and there is a checkbox below it which we could not select because it was disabled. Has anyone seen this problem or know how to fix it?

Is user profile service setup? That’s s prerequisites for it.
