Currently SharePoint Online can't provide the track changes on content during co-authoring (Who and When).
Does it any alternative way to track changes besides using Client Desktop (MS Office)?
The management prefer to use co-authoring on Office Online.
Please advice.

@Trevor Seward, thanks for your help. It seem that I need to use client desktop office instead of using office online to achieve the track change requirements and ease of use.
