SharePoint online push mobile app notification when i create a new list item?

Dear All,

I have a question about SharePoint online push mobile app notification. I want to have a notification push to all user on the sharepoint mobile app when i create list item. Any idea for that?  Thanks.

I have the following 2 ideas, but i don't if it work and how to set?

1.  Use Microsoft workflow directly 

2.  Use Microsoft workflow convert to News Post page when the list item created, than push the mobile app notification.

Through the SharePoint app no. But if everyone had Flow you could get push notifications using flow and that action based on a file / list item trigger.
