Hi , We need to send the meeting invite to users primary outlook (not SharePoint Calendar in outlook) from SharePoint list or calendar. Need to send bulk invite like 1000 or so. I am thinking to write a script that will enter the data in SharePoint list and have a workflow to send the outlook invite to the required users. Now we have to sync from outlook to SharePoint means if user rejects the invite in outlook it should also be updated in SharePoint list/calendar. So as he rejected the invite so user can go to SharePoint and book a invite from available slots (assuming we are having list in which we have column available (yes/no).
How to do this 2 way communication .
