Imagine some happy people on this roadmap announcement SharePoint: Site theming Allows a site owner to quickly adjust the look and feel of their site, using default theme designs provided by Microsoft, or custom theme designs provided by customer's own IT. To access this feature per site, click the upper-right gear menu and then select: Change the look. You can then select from the available theme designs. Mmm...I think the feature has been there for some time...indeed I already have it in one of my tenants and it allows to change the theme of the top bar in your site
