Hi I'm doing dome testing with modern news web part in SharePoint Online and I have it working nicely that it is rolling up news from several selected sites. It tells me the name of each site the story comes from, however if you click on that site name above the story it goes to the site collection homepage (/sites/sitecollection name) and not the site homepage (sites/sitecollectioname/site/subsite). The news story titles themselves go to the correct location.
