Hi Guys,

i had recently set up a SharePoint Online Site with permission access for my client.

If i rerun a SharePoint Migration Tools(Microsoft) from on premise file server to the newly created site,will my access permission in SharePoint Online set up previously going to be affected?.

If your user exists in the SharePoint OnPrem (I assume this is a SP 2013 OnPrem Server), security configuration you have at the source should be copied at the destination but the migration process is not going to change your current access so if you are an admin in the target site, you should continue being an admin
