A user goes into the document library and inputs a folder name into the search field (search function above the home tab located on the left panel). When she hits the enter key, it comes up with the below flat view with no folders (please note that the text has been covered for security purposes):
However, when I and all other users use the same search in the exact same way, searching for the same folder using the same name when searching, it shows fine with the folder view as shown below:
The workaround I gave the user is to select the drop-down suggestions when she uses the search function. The issue only occurs for that one user and it's the same issue for her when using a different browser.
Not exactly a big deal for now but just wondering if anyone has any idea about this?
