Dear All,
Have you tried to save as attachment from outlook to SharePoint Online before?
Here are the steps I tried but not all computers will do.
1. Create SharePoint URL shortcut link in desktop.
2. Save as the email attachment from Outlook
3. Click the shortcut link
4. Opening SharePoint site and click the destination library we want to locate at.
What are the conditions that allowing to save as attachment to SharePoint site?
OS version?
MS Office Version?
Please advice.

This was much easier in Windows 7 than in Windows 10 because in Windows 7 it let you keep favorites separate from "quick access". The more guaranteed and supported way would be to use the OneDrive sync client to selectively sync the few folders you save to and then choose those through explorer.
