I am new to SharePoint administration. Wondering how I can move a list from a site to a subsite. I have an STP file downloaded but do not see an option for list templates in the subsite site settings.
If you only need the list structure, I would recommend not to use stp list templates...use instead the ability to create a Site Script from a exiting list and them create a Site Design from that Site Script
