Hello All,

Is it possible to migrate document library running on an old Site Collection in SharePoint Online to New Site Collection?

Sure.  I have found the easiest way is to make the destination library a favorite.

Then, in the source library, select all of your files and the Copy or Move To Option.  The destination library will show up under favorites and you can select it as a destination.

Do you mean migrate the entire Document Library as an object or just the content? For the content you can follow Jefrey approach so you can preserve metadata and versions...bear in mind that the metadata and versions are preserved if the document library structure is the same at the source and at the destination.
You have other approachs to do the migration if you don't require to preserve the metadata:
- Donwload all the document library contents and upload to the new document library
- Use a PowerShell script to do the tasks
Other option, if the amount of data to be moved is not so much, could be to use a trial version of a migration tool (Sharegate, Quest, others)
