Langage Translation Issue

In our SharePoint online top-level site default language is German and we created the alterative language as English and enable the overide the translation options.

But when we open the site German culture browser it shows only the German language, but if we open the English culture browser it shows the English language.

Our requirement all browser culture it shows only English language. how can we do this?

Unfortunately you have hit one of the limitations we have in the multi-language support in SPO and Office 365...one possible solution could be to configure English as default langague in Office 365 for your users, but I guess that option is not possible
