Issue when creating a new list item in modern view

Since this morning all site collections in my tenant have this issue: I cannot create a new list item in the modern view. When I try to do so using the New button it takes me a strange view (see attached).
The Classic view behaves normal (can create new items)
I have test this on new lists and in other site collections in my tenant, all behave the same.
Has anyone seen this before?

It seemed to be an problem with the account I was using. After clearing the browser session the issue did not occur anymore
