Editable documents

I'm looking to add a page on SharePoint where it gives options for something like marketing flyers. When a user clicks on it, they have the option to add in some custom text in a space on the flyer and then it would create a .pdf of the flyer. Does anyone know of any apps that do anything like this?

So this might be something to build to trigger off of a SharePoint List Item then run a Flow to fill out a document template and then save as a PDF.
