Custom fileds in external list

Hello SP Experts,

I have to configure BCS for Moving data of SP list to SQL and this goes through the external list so related to external list i have some query. 

I have few query related to it. 

Can we create some look up fields, choice. fields on external list ?

Arvind...If I understand you're question correctly, when you have created a BCS connection to SQL and are able to surface the data through and external list, yes you can use the data from that external list as lookup fields.  In the SharePoint list there will be another field type allowing you to use the external content type as the lookup.
