On .no tenants, the call goes to https://tenant.sharepoint.com/search/Sider/_api/search/suggest instead of https://tenant.sharepoint.com/search/_api/search/suggest, causing a 404 error. Might be an error for other non-English tenants as well.
Not sure if it really matters or if page will actually show keyword suggestions any more :)
