I don't think it does. PnP uses the export of a webpart to import it. Webpart export doesn't include audience targeting info.

You need an SP app with full tenant permissions + write to upa for this to work. Not possible with an AAD app today, at least last time I tried.


we have difficulties with the scheduled web job. When we start the job, the jobs runs and in the log file we see it ends. But the job itseld keeps running untill time out of the job as configured in the web app settings.
