With our Sharepoint we have Site Groups that have other Site Groups as owners. So when putting back a site template via remote provisioner in some cases it can't find other groups. This is because it hasn't gotten to create that group yet because it's further down in the XML. When I cut and paste it ahead it works. I was trying to find out how prevalent this is if it's something I should submit a fix for or if people just deal with it by hand arranging site groups in the xml.
I haven't had this issues, but I saw similar issues related with "dependent" object, so, it can happen. It would be great if you can open an issue on GitHub, and then push a Pull request to fix it :) Thanks!
