SharePoint Framework Extension Problem with uploading Uploading .sppkg

I have the problem with uploading my .sppkg fileto my site collection, 

After the entered commands

gulp bundle

gulp package-solution

 also I deployed my extension to Azure CDN and replace 

cdnBasePath to my CDN and the appropriate fields of deploy-azure-storage.json.

@Pieter Veenstra I solve this, I try to upload my sharepoint framework extensions on the teneant wich is not Developmnent.
