I want to combine two different Sharepoint sites

I have a SharePoint master page built in Classic View. And I have a SharePoint master page built in Normal View. Can I combine the two site to be view as one site? Basically elementing one site and only using one site.

If you are talking avoid SPO, just avoid to create custom master pages
