I think the logic in the Hide group under the contextual pivot table tab Analysis is wrong

The Hide buttons has to be activated/pressed to SHOW the field list, the */- buttons and field headers which is kind of weird.

In my humble opinion the group should be named "Show" or maybe "Show/Hide" to follow the logic that are used by all other buttons in Windows and Office, i.e. clicking the Center button for centering cell content .

In the Danish version the group should be named "Vis/skjul" instead of "Skjul"

I have just seen that the same group in the English version is called "View" which in Danish is the same as "Vis"—so you could actually just use "Vis" instead of "Skjul"
