Hey Marcus - just to ensure I understand your scenario is it:
A) Presenter is joined via SfB desktop client and the attendees dial in and you want the desktop client to give a notification that someone is in the lobby
or
B) Presenter is dialed in and attendees also dial in and you want the presenter who is dialed in to get a notification that folks are in the lobby and an option to let them in?
