If you are using the local MSDTC you do not need to setup an Azure Internal Load Balancer. I would recommend against using the local MSDTC as it is not highly available. What do you mean by No Load Balancer in the Local MSDTC column of the matrix?We have a SQL Server 2017 FCI on Azure VMs with Windows Server 2016 using S2D. How do we setup MSDTC?I believe we need to use Local MSDTC? Not sure how to set this up
