I know that Microsoft says this problem has been fixed but I have a client who continues to have this error in Outlook 2013 on one computer and Outlook 2016 on a second computer.
Both machines have been updated to the latest version of their respective programs.
Any other thoughts?

Is your one an MSI (product key activated) or Click2Run?
