I had a pop-up in Outlook today asking to join the Beta program, which I did, but now Outlook mail does not work at all. It only shows the error page below, with no possibility to report the error, or to roll back to the regular version, only to refresh to the same error page. This is an horrible beta experience!
There is no information about this beta or these problems on the web either.

I also started having that same issue from a couple days ago and no help online. There is a workaround, go to msn.com and access your mail from there. It should allow you to be able to get into your inbox. Hopefully they fix this beta issue soon.

The problem fixed itself after a few days for me, either a Windows update or more likely a server-side fix. I hope this "new experience" does the same for you.

Oh well, I spoke too soon: Today, in place of my outlook.live.com email, I had a big page saying something like "we listened to your feedback and updated outlook beta, do you want to try it?"
Unfortunately I clicked yes and was back to this error page:
cId: 41A715038286472E905E94E63975F991
with no way to log in or view emails. So I probably must have reverted back to the non-beta last time, that's why the bug on Windows 7 + Firefox disappeared.
I managed to log in from Internet Explorer though, so I'll try to disable the beta from there.
It's a real bad bug, and to make it worst, the error page does not revert automatically to the regular Outlook or proposes to do so.

So, it seems that this URL is broken on Firefox:
https://outlook.live.com/mail/
But this one works fine for me:
Not sure why I need OWA (Outlook Web Access) specifically when I don't access Outlook (or whatever they call it these days) other than from the web, but the important thing is that it's working again, and I'll never try the beta again!

Yes, I noticed when it ended with .mail it threw the error and worked fine with .owa. Thing is if I remove .mail and use .owa it still doesn't work for me. I have to keep going through MSN and accessing my mail from there which is a pain, but I guess on the bright side at least I'm not locked out completely. Like you I'm never trying anything beta again, at least not with man

Got this same 'Owa.mail is undefined' error yesterday. Had been on the Outlook Beta a couple of weeks without issue via Firefox. Refreshing the page triggered the error (often required because both new and old versions can go hours without checking for mail!) None of the suggestions mentioned here cleared it. However, a simple full refresh worked (in Firefox, clicking Refresh while holding down [Shift]). But the error returned when I performed another normal Refresh, so have turned off the Beta. Everything is working again now.
It is poor form for Microsoft not to offer an option to turn off the Beta or go into a safe mode from the error screen, not to provide info on this bug, not to fix it after many months, and not to provide priority error logging to Beta users.
