I imagine this is may not be a "thing", but wondering if there's a way to set up a link on my company's intranet so that staff can launch a specific Outlook calendar so they can self-book slots of time?
For example, in our fitness centre intranet section, we want people to be able to click a calendar link to launch an excercise machine's calendar, and then select the time they require the machine.
Then, of course, it would behave as Outlook calendar normally would. Just not sure if an Outlook calendar launching link is possible.
Note: Using a web service like Mind/body scheduling is not possible due to policy.
Thanks!

SolutionYou can "publish" a calendar so that it's accessible via URL, but that's read-only access unfortunately. If you want read-write access, you need a custom solution.

Thanks @Vasil Michev. I had a feeling that was the case. Much appreciated.
