I was previously able to open and use Outlook Customer Manager in Office 365, but for some time now when I attempt to open the add-in, I get the cryptic error message "Something went wrong". I read other posts on this error message and followed the suggestion to clear the IE browser cache (even though I use Chrome). Didn't help. Any potential solutions would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Andrew,

 

May I know whether you have set IE as your default browser? If not, please try setting it to be the default one and try it again. 

 

By the way, please re-confirm whether you can access it from other desktop Outlook client.

@Alan Wu - Thanks for your reply Google Chrome is my default browser. I switched to Microsoft Edge as the default per your suggestion and the error message when opening Outlook Customer Manager persists. I deleted the cache for MS Edge - still get the error message. I only have one laptop, so am unable to test access from another desktop Outlook client. Any other suggestions?

I have exact same issue of keep encountering something went wrong whereas I have default browser: IE, deleted cache, having subscription plan with OCM enabled in it etc etc. thanks in advance for help
