I have imported 500+ contacts into Outlook Contacts from Google. The import is correctly mapped and, when opening a contact, I can see the name of the company the contact works for.
When I switch to OCM and click on the "Contacts" menu at the top (the one between "Today" and "Companies" I can see all my contacts, with their associated companies. Yet, when I click on "Companies" I do not get any records. Please see the screen shots attached.
I sent you a response several days ago, informing you that the problem is still persisting. No message from you, yet!
In the meanwhile, for no reason, the problem with MS Edge not allowing cache creation has returned!
It is embarrassing that tools that are offered as part of an INTEGRATED SUITE do not work! It's been more than a week!! Is there any chance of getting this solved, or should I be looking for other tools?
